From the living room, you can access directly to the lanai and enjoy the pool view. KITCHEN: We offer all new appliances that you can serve yourself, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. DINING ROOM: We offer a large rectangle wood dining table that comes with 8 chairs and a 65” TV. The dining room has a large sofa for guests and kids to relax after lunch or dinner. There’s a fireplace for anyone who loves taking the pictures :) We offer w/high-quality cotton sheets; 15' vaulted ceilings; en-suite private bathroom with w/walk-in shower & rain head; blow dryer; towels; washer and dryer; closet; 75” flat-screen TV, Netflix; WiFi; and security system. DOWNTOWN TAMPA IS 7 MILES AWAY (by car or boat - same distance). PIE airport is 7-10 minutes away from the house. Clearwater Beach and the park are 7 minutes away. Guest access Guest have access to the lanai, pool, sun decks, and multiple courtyards accessories including hammock, chair and table. You may also use the kitchen and laundry facility. There’s a deck facing the pond view. You can fishing and camping outside if you like. The view is beautiful for anyone who loves taking pictures. Other things to note Although we have pets and are considered a "pet friendly' home, we DO NOT allow guests to bring their pets.
