All season sunroom plenty of seating, pub table & bar. Doggie door in sunroom large enough for 100 lb dog, leads to fenced in backyard. $100 pet fee and $125 linens & bath towels. The space Backyard has sandpit area with fire pit. Weber grill & plenty of outside seating. Enjoy Ocean Pines Beach Club pass 47th street Ocean City, 7 miles from the house. Four beach chairs and beach umbrella provided and four beach towels. Guest access Entire home access except garage. Other things to note For your convenience the air temperature is locked and set from 70-78 degreas, if you prefer a different setting please notify me in advance to adjust and there will be an addtional fee charged. Pet fee $100 for entire stay. Linen and bath towels $125 for total stay for 6 guests, optional you can bring your own.
