Welcome to our Hamptons beach house! Located in the sweet-spot between East and Bridgehampton, this well-designed house offers the perfect city escape. The house is bright and cozy and surrounded by a full acre of nature. It offers a heated pool and deck, fireplace, large bedrooms, jacuzzi and contemporary design. Phillip Starck designed the upper master as a treehouse boosting indoor/outdoor living. The outdoor grill is often-used to prep food from the Seafoodshop just across the road. The space Our home is in the ideal location. On a quiet street in Wainscott, it is located south of the highway in the sweet spot between Bridgehampton and East Hampton. It’s unique setting—walking or biking distance from the ocean beach, two blocks from the jitney stop and the shops in Wainscott, including the best seafood shop in the Hamptons—make it a true find. A large variety of excellent restaurants, tennis courts, civic center and a multiplex movie theater are within 5-7 minutes by car. The house is on a private, landscaped full acre with luxurious trees surrounding the spacious deck and large heated pool. The house is designed by the famous architect Philippe Starck, who intended to capture the surrounding nature of the house within its bedrooms. The master bedroom therefore has large windows that give you the feeling of sleeping in a treehouse. The downstairs bedroom opens up to its own nature filled patio and has direct access to a large bathroom with jacuzzi. Two additional bedrooms are beautifully decorted. The living room is spacious and has a wood-burning fireplace to enjoy the nights you want to relax at home. A closet full of books will give you access to any reading you may want to do. The open kitchen will offer an opportunity to cook at home. Our kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a washer and dryer. You can receive guests for dinner in the dining room. The large pool is surrounded by lounge chairs and hammocks to enjoy the sunny Hamptons days. The many trees and plants in the garden blossom in the summer. Four beds are queen-sized: the upstairs master is king-sized: there is a pull-out sofa in the living room. Guest access Guests will have the entire home to themselves. We welcome guests from all over the world. Other things to note There are TVs in every room and, excellent wifi throughout the house, a sound system on the main floor and deck area. We have a new grill and picnic table on the deck. We are very child friendly, with children's books and games and a crib.
