JoJo’s Beach House is located on the Lake Erie lakeside in Ashtabula County, Ohio in between Geneva on the Lake and Breakwater Beach/Geneva State Park/Marina (apx 2.5 miles west) and Historic Ashtabula Harbor (apx 5 miles east) and Walnut Beach. Sleeps 1-6. Perfect for familes, couples, girl’s weekend— you name it! All backgrounds welcome and Pet Friendly at an additional charge. We’ve hosted guests from the USA, Europe, Australia and Saudi Arabia. More than 20 wineries within 3-30 miles The space All linens and full kitchen furnished. Outdoors you’ll find a small yard, deck with umbrella table, gas grill and fire pit. Single car garage. Guest access Guests have run of the entire home, garage and outdoor property. Other things to note Pets welcome at an additional $15 daily fee per pet collected at check in. Dogs preferred but will consider other pets. Must be well behaved and housebroken. Guests are expected to clean up after pets relieve themselves outdoors. 8% Ashtabula County Lodging Tax will be collected at check-in or payable via electronic means If you wish to pay through Airbnb, that’s fine I don’t add the tax or pet fees to the daily rate because then you pay more in fees This house is not kidproof It’s a beach house.
