The Overlook is the perfect location for your next getaway! Our cozy one bedroom cabin is furnished with all new appliances & furniture. We are dog friendly and hope you bring your furry buddies so they too can enjoy a wonderful getaway! The space Enjoy the full-size kitchen with refrigerator, stove, cookware, and dinnerware for two. We also supply the cooking utensils. We have many extras such as a microwave, a toaster, and coffee pot. The bedroom has a new queen size mattress, flat screen tv, a small closet with shelves and a bench. The bathroom has a basic stand up shower (big enough for 2), plenty of clean towels and washcloths. We also provided a hair dryer, first aid kit and of course plenty of toilet paper! Outside we have a clean well managed hot tub, a picnic table a large fire pit and we can also provide firewood ($5.00 per bundle, delivery included). We have gas grill for those who enjoy outdoor cooking (we provide the gas). There is also a large deck that overlooks the beautiful stocked pond. The pond is stocked with bluegill, bass and catfish (please bring your own fishing equipment). If fishing isnt your thing then enjoy a romantic ride on the new paddle boat. The cabin and all the included amenities are located on a heavily wooded 200 acre lot. We have a few hiking trails but are still adding more and hope to be finished by the end of the summer. I highly recommend to all guests that come to the Hocking Hills area to stop and check out my favorite hiking spot called Rockstull. It is just 2 1/2 miles from the cabin and is the areas best kept secret! Guest access Guests can access the entire property. Including the private pond and over 200 acres of hiking trails. Other things to note Firewood for the backyard fire pit is available for $5.00 a bundle (includes delivery) Please bring beach towels for your furry friends!
