The VILLA DE VISTAS has 3 separate houses built on a hillside. LA CASA QUE CANTA (the Big House) is at the top of the property. It has gracious spaces for groups to gather. It sleeps 8. EL NIDO DE LA TORTUGA is located on the pool deck below La Casa and is the most intimate home. Sleeps 4. The CASITA CELESTIAL is the most private. It has its own dipping pool and a Palapa and is down an additional set of stairs. Sleeps 4 By renting the entire VILLA you enjoy all 3, and have sleeping for 16. The space Our VILLA DE VISTAS is truly one of the most special places in San Pancho that makes itself available to guests. The VILLA is 8200 sq. feet with three complete homes that can sleep 16 persons comfortably. Each home has its own kitchen, grill, sitting area, and unique character. Furthermore, it was built so that there would be ample space for groups to gather and also plenty of spots for intimate conversations or even solitude. The living room and the media room are both generously spaced. The dining room and an area right outside on the terrace can easily seat a substantial number of persons for dining. The pool, which is perfect for young children, even infants, is also comfortable for adults; although there is not room for a lap swim, there is plenty of space for conversation and games. The three homes can be rented together or guests can choose to rent just one or two of them. If you are under 16 people, message us and we'll help you determine what would work best for your group. Guest access We have recently made some upgrades to the property. This includes adding a generator, in case of power outages. We now have 2 different wifi services (fiber and Starlink satellite) and a switch that will toggle between them if 1 goes down. We also have an expansive mesh wifi network covers the entire property with fast wifi. You are guaranteed to have power and internet connectivity. Other things to note ONE LAST THING -- LOCATION. We are far enough away from the center of town that we rarely hear the noise of parties. We think our location is ideal. For the energetic, there is a wonderful walk to the center of town along the beach.
