The apartment intended for rent has a bedroom/suite, we have an additional bathroom, that is, the apartment has 2 bathrooms. The garage is for 1 car. We live on the local, in the other apartment. The place is completely safe. In the common area there is a barbecue with a wood stove. Guest access Guests will be able to use the barbecue and/or the wood stove and the vinyl pool. This space may also be used by us as long as it is not being used by guests. Other things to note The place is quiet, very close to the supermarket and drugstore. The beach is 5min walking.
