Other things to note Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate." The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time. We accept dogs not cats for an additional $100 nonrefundable pet fee If there are any issues during your stay, please contact the host and give them the opportunity to address any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay. This property has a front doorbell camera as well as cameras above the garage that point to the driveway. These cameras are remotely viewable and record upon seeing motion. These cameras are not actively monitored but acts as a safety devices to track and record who enters and exits the home should there ever be an issue. This cameras are very conspicuous and these are the only camera located at this property.
