There are two bedrooms on the second floor and a third with a full sized bed on the first floor with an adjacent full bath and laundry. There is the ability to close a door to the first floor bedroom and full bath to make it an en suite. The first floor bedroom might be a good option for those with mobility issues as there is only one single step to the first floor at the front door entry. There is a fully stocked kitchen on the first floor with a dedicated dining room and living room on the first floor. Guest access Entire space of the home Other things to note The home shares a driveway with a separate, rear bedroom apartment. There is plenty of street parking right in front of the house. We do not allow cats on our property. Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis, and with prior approval only. You must pay the $150 pet fee in order to have your reservation approved for your pet.
