Guest access The whole home! Other things to note Dog information: Pet fee*** is $25 per day, per pet (Max Limit: 2 dogs, photos required). Restrictions may apply. This charge will be collected after booking. Pet Rules: Pets are not permitted on any furniture, must be well behaved and house trained, and crated when left unattended. Air conditioning/heat: We do have a mini-split in the downstairs portion of the home and each bedroom has a window a/c unit (during the summer months only). Please do not turn the AC to lower than 70 degrees as it will freeze the outside unit and leave all window units at 70 degrees.
