Important Information About Electricity Electricity is *not included* in the rental price and is calculated separately based on air conditioner usage. The more you use the air conditioner, the quicker the electricity balance depletes. When the electricity balance is running low, you will hear a beeping sound in the kitchen. This is a signal to top up the balance. To top up: 1. Go to any gas station. 2. Use the number I will provide to purchase additional electricity. 3. You will receive a voucher or receipt with a code. 4. Enter this code into the *Pagatinu* box in the house. If the balance reaches zero, the entire house will lose electricity (💡), usually within an hour of the warning. Topping up promptly will ensure uninterrupted power during your stay. Guest access self-check-in. The check-in time for the house is from 3:00 PM onwards. You will receive detailed instructions with photos on how to access the house. Other things to note Electricity consumption at home: The electrical consumption of the home is the responsibility of the guests. Upon arrival, they will find a sufficient amount of electric balance for their initial comfort. However, they must recharge the balance according to the use they wish to make during their stay, especially if they plan to use the air conditioning for several hours during the day or night. At the end of your stay, we kindly ask you to recharge the electric balance to leave the same amount of kWh that you found upon arrival. This will help us keep the service fair for the next guests.
