You can gaze at the stars from the safety of this quiet neighborhood. But fear not, you will be only minutes away from it all: Northshore, downtown, Southside & historic St. Elmo. The space Our Guarantee: We designed every inch to accommodate you to the best of our ability. We focus on safety, cleanliness, and comfort. After staying in many Airbnb's worldwide, we quickly learned that, as guests, we needed safety and cleanliness. We have stayed in various Airbnb’s and our experiences have been all over the place; from excited to disappointed. So, we promised each other that when we had our Airbnb, we would provide a place, that we ourselves, would stay. We highly value cleanliness & want to provide you a place where you feel comfortable to kick back and relax. This newly built home is located in Stuart Heights and has been artistically designed by (us) the owners. Also, the murals were hand painted by local artists. We are located just outside of the NorthShore of Chattanooga & a 10 minute drive to most surrounding areas. This Includes restaurants & various outdoor activities. Some items and conveniences include: 1. Hand painted murals by local artists 2. Brand new king, queen, and twin beds. 3. Blackout curtains in bedrooms and sheet curtains in living room. 4. Soft and firm pillows to suit guest preferences. 5. Cordless Dyeson vacuum 6. High-speed internet 7. Flat-screen TVs in the living area and office. We do not have TVs in the bedroooms. 8. Eco-friendly bath, laundry, and kitchen products provided 9. Essential items like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and sponges available 10. Fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances and organic spices 11. Keurig with custom variety k-cups for guest convenience Important considerations: 1. There is one flight of stairs with handrail. 2. This is a smoke-free property 3. Absolutely no parties or pets allowed. My wife and I have sever allergies to pet dander and this our home. Please be respectful of the rules. Owners available to address guest questions and concerns. Guest access You will have access to the whole house. Other things to note Before making a reservation please be aware that: - The house entrance has one small step - The house has a full master suite on the first floor - The house has a lot of stairs leading up to the second floor . Therefore, it is unsuitable for people that may have challenges walking or climbing stairs. - This is a no pets property.
