Our home is perfect for whether you want to relax on your own private beach (right outside our door), lounge by the pool or on the deck, visit the local village, or explore the local surroundings. This airy modern home is right on one acre of ocean front. If the beach is not for you, the heated pool, private deck with hammocks and seating areas, sun-drenched living spaces and bedrooms will definitely do the trick! If you are working remotely and looking for a change of scenery, this is the place for you! We have high speed WiFi and two work stations set up in the bedrooms that have worked spectacularly for our guests and ourselves alike. In addition, our two dining tables in the living space also served well for computer monitors and laptops. If you don't need a desk, any one of our three couches, and countless indoor/outdoor seating options, will also do the trick! Guest access Full, private access to the top two floors, the pool & deck areas. Four bedrooms, kitchen, three full bathrooms, two living areas (upstairs and downstairs), and two dining spaces. Generous parking in front. Other things to note Our lovely home has air conditioning units in the bedroom only. For the large open living spaces, in the summer, the ocean breeze through the windows does the trick.
