The Home is fully licensed and inspected as a Guest House by the Cayman Islands Government. This requires rigorous inspection by the Fire Department, Department of the Environment, and the Department of Tourism. There are no surprises when it comes to safety, cleanliness, and adequacy of linens ,dishware & furniture. The beach is amazing! It is Palm shaded, with white coral sand and a gradual slope & no steep drop off. The location , on the leeward side of the Island, makes swimming , floating, snorkling and relaxing delightful! All beaches in Cayman are public, so you can walk as far as you want! Plus we do have the best sunsets on the Island!! If diving is in the plans, numerous local dive operators have boats that leave from the pier across the street from our home. Tiki House is in easy walking distance of a supermarket, Fosters, as well as one of the favorite restaurants on Island, Al Fresco. Tiki House also offers the best high speed wireless internet connection available on the Island. For our guests'further convenience , we have free vonage phone service .
