2025 changes coming! Pictures will be coming this spring! The deck and tent areas, will remain mostly the same. The price will increase just slightly, but bookings before we have our official pictures are uploaded, will stay the same as last year. We will be replacing the SeaCamper Boat with a 28ft Tiny House with a loft and sleeper couch. The boat has been a lot of fun over the years, but we are always trying to make some changes and improvements @EvansCliff and this year we are upgrading from the boat. We will still have the huge deck, with covered hot tub/outside eating area, as well as the huge canvas Sibley Double bell tent. Tiny House with a loft and sleeper couch, plus Sibley Double Bell with a king size bed and double bed! The tent is the same as our Sibley sites... fantastic tents. Propane fire pit, covered hot tub and kitchen area. Private spot with an amazing view (this is not your normal RV park ;). If you are bringing more than 1 pet, please contact first before booking. The pet fee is for 1 pet. Dock/Deck, Hot Tub, combo Grill, open air out side shower with privacy, real flushing toilet, dock bed, fire pit.... inside double bed, 2 singles, AC and electric heater. Inside the Tiny... Mid-size fridge, queen bed in the loft (stairs up to the loft and low head room... just so you know ;) Sleeper couch, sink, kitchen supplies, shower and maybe and inside flushing toilet (updates coming) Grill, frig, linens, towels, dishes, pans, etc... Enjoy everything from beautiful sunrises to amazing sunsets. The Tiny is parked in a secluded area in the trees walk to the cliff, but still easy to get to with a car. Non-Smoking, but allowed at the fire-pit for fire safety. Just 5 beautiful winding canyon miles from Hot Springs. Coffee pot is Keurig / drip combo pot.
