The living area is crafted with tiled floors and exposed beams. A comfy sofa, a recliner, and an armchair are available for ample seating. Gather for family movie nights and watch the latest films on the TV with a DVD player and a sound system. The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter and cabinet space. A coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, and microwave provide added convenience. The main bedroom boasts an armchair, an office desk, and an en suite bathroom. A guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king. The bathrooms are stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries. Guest amenities include a washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is not operational. Although this home is not equipped with central air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild weather in Taos (elevation 7,000'). Ceiling fans can be found in the living room and both bedrooms. The living room has a portable air-conditioning unit that offers limited air-conditioning in the common areas for hotter days. Short-term rental permit #9103 No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
