If you're bringing a service animal, please disclose it in your reservation or upon signing this agreement. The host has severe allergies, so a thorough cleaning is required after your stay. Thanks for your cooperation. - Hotels do it and so do we! A valid credit card is required for a security & damage deposit hold 1 day prior to your stay in our home. We also require a signed e-agreement within 48 hours of booking. Guest access As a guest you will have access to the entire home except the first floor owners storage as well as owners garage. Owners sheds are also not accessible to renters. Additionally, our boat ramp is not usable for boats. Kayaks/canoes are ok, please proceed with caution as the ramp is uneven. Please note you will have to climb stairs to get to the front and rear entrances to the home. There is one ground floor entrance in the rear however there will be a flight to get to main living space. We use Minut monitoring which will alert us to loud noises as well as smoke use in the home. It is super important to us to ensure that we are respectful to our neighbors and house rules. Failure to follow our rules can result in early termination of your stay.
