Primitive high grass area in back acreage is where our primitive campers camp.. Primitive high grass areas off limits in back acreage due to wildlife and our donkeys that protect the property. We are In The country and have snakes and big predators here, watch for them. There is also poison oak, ivy and sumac in some areas in this rural property. Primarily it is around the trees. We maintain and remove it when we see it. We have several honey bee hives on property and you will enjoy our local honey in your cabin. If you are allergic, bring your necessary medication or equipment for any allergies you may need. Other things to note NON SMOKING PROPERTY. no smoking on entire property. No vaping on property. Guest MUST be 25 years of age or older to make reservation here. Registered guest is responsible for their guest behavior. Government ID may be required for all guests upon arrival or while on property. FEES: Additional guest charge over 2 adults is $35 per guest (4 guest max per cabin) Electric car/outdoor charging (fee tbd based on hours/days used) $35 per day min. Additional cleaning fee if cabin is left unsanitary and unclean over and above normal laundry and sweep/standard clean. No Nudity No drugs No drunkenness Damage/loss charges will be applied based on damages and loss items. If for any reason the sheriff is called regarding a disturbance by you (the guest) or one of your guests, there will be a $500 fee applied to your reservation to be paid by YOU. You are responsible for your guest(s) behavior. We do not have any tolerance for bad behavior on our peaceful retreat. No exceptions! If there are any damages, YOU will pay for all damages incurred on behalf of yourself and or any of your guests. No exceptions! You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from hiking. All AirBnB Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between AirBnB Guests and AirBnB Host.
