The space Outdoors and swimming pool The property boasts a large (10,000 sq. m.) outdoor area with a fenced garden, a salt-purified swimming pool, 13 metres by 6 with a depth of 1-2.4 metres, a jacuzzi (2x2 m and 0.8 m deep, for 5 persons, upon reservation) which can be heated, an outdoor shower with hot water, a loggia with wood-burning stove and table for outdoor breakfasts, sunbeds, beach umbrellas, stonework barbecue. Parking within the property. Interior The main house is a classic, typical country house commissioned by Leopoldo di Lorena, the Grand Duke of Tuscany. Ground floor: living room with fireplace and tv, a dining room leading to the garden, a billiards room, a kitchen with access to the garden. The various ground floor areas are separated by large brick arches. One bathroom with shower and washing machine. First floor: living/dining room with small cooking area and access to the loggia which can also be reached from the ancient outdoor staircase, 3 double bedrooms (air conditioning and TV) with bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with bathroom with shower and bathtub. All windows have mosquito screens. Second floor: one double bedroom (bed can be divided into two singles) in the old attic next to the living room accessible via wooden ladder, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. Outbuilding: Ground floor: Fitness room with access to the outside area, 1 double bedroom with small kitchenette (TV, air conditioning), bathroom with shower and direct access to the outside area (2 steps leading down).
