Welcome to The Porch! Ready for a mini vacation, or just a place to hang out, or work from? You are most welcome here! . This cozy cabin is very flexible and user friendly! It is private to only your group! The downstairs with all it offers, is for one or two person stays. The upstairs becomes available if you enter 3 or more people. This building is in the backyard of our home, as in photos on our Airbnb site, Other info is listed there also! Info book is in room! Welcome! The space You will find the place has plenty of peace and quite. A large yard, a long driveway, and a huge packing lot, and an additional driveway almost to your door. The entire building is yours, meaning no one else is in the building at the same time. It has a key pad door lock for easy entry. Solar light brighten your way! The Porch has the following areas. Downstairs. One main area with a Queen bed, 2 chairs, 2 small tables, 2 end tables, a bench for sitting or suitcases.. Also, a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, snacks and supplies, etc. There is a door the bathroom. All of this is shown in the pictures. When your number of guest exceeds 2, please put in the exact number so we can get the entire building ready for you! Upstairs (a ships ladder accents!) is a Queen bed, a futon, end table, suitcase bench, and even extra floor space should you need to have children sleep on the floor! In all cases, please enter the appropriate number of guest when reserving! While you are at our place, you are only 20 minutes from Mt. Monadnock, the most climbed Mt. in the USA. Also, plenty of other hiking and great views, small villages. 1.5 Hours to the beach, 2.5 hrs. to the White Mountains, 1.5 hrs to Boston. I am happy to assist by dropping pins to your phone of places to go while you visit our area! Guest access There is a keypad code you will be given, along with self check in information after you book! The entire building is yours and only yours during your stay with us! Other things to note You are free to come and go as you wish, both day and night. No one will be bothered if you have to arrive late for whatever reason. Our yard is VERY private so you can't see any other houses.... (except for our home which is 120 feet away, but we keep the back shades closed) yet our place is not so remote that you have to feel unsafe! You can feel free to sit outside, go for walks, etc.
