Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, it's close to everything in Syracuse yet provides a peaceful, comfortable retreat to return to. Please note, the cottage is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. We do not allow pets. Thank you. The space This 2 bedroom, one-floor cottage is bright and welcoming, tastefully and comfortably furnished. Its exterior is surrounded with extensive gardens to stroll through, a pleasant corner yard, and off-street parking. There is easy access to highways I-81, I-690 and I-90 (NYS Thruway Carrier Circle exit). Unwind in this beautiful and serene setting just 10-15 minutes to Syracuse University, ESF, and Lemoyne College. Also within easy proximity to many shopping options, great coffee shops and a variety of interesting restaurant choices. A unique combination of retreat and convenience at your cozy garden cottage door. Each bedroom has a full size bed so the cottage can accommodate four people (two couples) comfortably. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and the secondary bedroom has a futon. Table desk coming soon! The cottage is ideally suited for 1-2 people but can accommodate up to three comfortably. Guest access Off street parking (2 vehicles), washer and dryer, refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave, all rooms of the house and backyard. Other things to note This house is on a corner lot so although the front door faces James Street, the driveway is located on Center Street. Please park in the driveway and use the backdoor as the primary entrance. We ask that you please do not move any furniture in order to preserve the wood floors and prevent dings in the walls and paint. Please bring some slippers or house shoes as shoes are not permitted to be worn inside the house beyond the laundry room. Neither Cheryl nor Anna personally subscribe to television or cable therefore the cottage does not come with a television. Most things you may wish to watch on a television can be accessed via internet anyway. We encourage you to relax, read a book or enjoy the outdoors.
