A quiet place to relax and get away from it all, but still only 6 miles from Ocean City and 3 miles from Berlin. We are on 10 acres and are surrounded on 3 sides by woods. The house has been divided in two. We live in the back half with our dog Freya and the front half is the air bnb. The suite is completely private with no shared spaces. Sit on the front porch that overlooks the pond and pasture and enjoy the solitude. The space There are plenty of books available in the living room for those who enjoy reading. Guest access Guests will have access to a small kitchenette with a coffee maker (k cups, cream and sweetener provided), a microwave, a toaster and a mini fridge. There is no sink in the kitchenette. There is a gas grill and a picnic table for guest use. There are also rockers on the front porch to sit and watch the beautiful sunsets. Other things to note The entrance to your space is through the brown door on the front of the house. Please understand that we are on 10 acres and surrounded by trees. In addition to the deer, fox, squirrels and geese you may see, there is also the possibility that you could see other critters, such as snakes, possum, raccoons, mice and an huge assortments of bugs, particularly carpenter bees, ants, flying ants, spiders and dragonflys. The bats also like to fly around at night. We enjoy our wildlife, yes, even the bugs, and sometimes the bugs make their way into the house. Just wanted to make it known in case someone has a huge aversion to this type of thing.
