This well designed 400 square foot room is quiet and cozy, with all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The apartment is attached to a yoga studio on one side and a quiet apartment (occupied by owner) on the other side. Guests have shared access to the lawn for viewing, eating and relaxing. There is a bocce court and various outdoor furniture and hammocks. The NEW Hot Tub has stunning views of the Shawangunk Ridge and sunsets. Perks: Free yoga classes included in the rental. Discounts on Reiki and private wellness sessions available. Use of Hot Tub from noon to 8PM Daily. Local Vibe: Gardiner is peaceful and restorative. Enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the 300-foot Millbrook Mountain, part of the Shawangunk Ridge, stargaze by the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub (coming in 2023) after a long hike. Speaking of hiking, there are hundreds of miles of trails in our area to explore. If you are a cyclist, there are great dedicated trails for biking and touring too! Head out to a brewery, or indulge the farms(apple picking), BBQ and vineyards nearby. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Within Walking Distance: Walk next door to Wildflower Farms Resort by Auberge for cocktails, dinner or spa appointment. A five minute stroll will bring you to Tuthilltown Distillery, where the well known Hudson Whiskey is made. There is always a great Mexican food truck outside offering perfect lunch and dinner options for more casual dining. You are within a few miles of Skydive the Ranch and renowned GUNKS rock climbing areas. Entrance: Reflective privacy film on the double-door entrance, ground level. Black-out curtains allow for sleeping anytime of the day. Room View: Front view from the entrance is a partial garden and lawn view. Window by bed provides garden views and large window in bathroom of the ridge. Bathroom view is of the mountain. Noise: This is a very quiet place. However, you may hear a light noise of people at the yoga studios prop room and kitchenette, about 2 to 3 times per day, for about 10 minutes at the start and end of classes. It is very quiet at night. No traffic noise from Highway 44-55. And we include a complimentary sound machine and the large air purifier is also a white-noise machine. We ask guests to respect your neighbors practicing yoga and to not be too loud during yoga class times. Guest access Guests have free access to parking. Great WIFI.
