We are within a short walk to downtown Winter Park, 2 miles to the resort on the free town shuttle. Condo is also a short walk to the clubhouse. All vacation rentals are equipped with either a keyless entry or key required - this will be noted on the property. Other things to note NO AIR CONDITIONING Electronic door code for entry. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. All guests must complete registration form to provide credit card, email and phone number. Please use contact information inside of the unit to communicate directly with us - these emails and phone numbers are better than the app. Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee. Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use.
