We have a small, hypoallergenic dog who is well trained, light on her feet and very friendly. The space This apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a sizeable common area with a full kitchen, tv and double futon couch for extra guests. Guest access Guests can access almost the entire basement apartment (excluding the mechanical room) including 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, full bathroom and the laundry room at an additional fee. They will have full access of the fenced in back yard and have the capacity for 3 parking spaces.
