The space The master suite has a King bed with nightstands that include lamps with wireless charging+USB ports, a wrap-around desk with power and USB ports, private full bath, 3 drawer dresser, HD TV, and walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with 3 drawer dresser, lamp with USB charging and power ports, and closet. 3rd bedroom has a Full bed, nightstand, lamp with USB charging and power ports, 3 drawer dresser and closet. We use highly rated linens and mattresses. Our King mattress is a pillow top memory foam & inner springs hybrid, topped with Kirkland premium sheets, thick blanket, and top styled Amazon Basics sheet with matching pillow cases. Our other mattresses are also highly rated to provide additional comfort options for our guests. The family room includes a 55” HD TV, 2 barrel chairs and a comfy sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the basic cooking utensils and appliances including a blender, toaster, oven with stove, dishwasher,side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice machine, and a keurig machine. Driveway parking can easily accommodate 2 vehicles and the garage may be used to park 1 vehicle. A complementary 40 Amp Level 2 EV charger is available on the left hand side of the garage. Cleaning supplies include name brand dish soap, convenient laundry pacs, dishwasher pacs, all purpose cleaner, glass cleaner, swiffer pads and specific cleaners. Safety and security includes inner-connected fire and CO alarms installed February 2022 in every bedroom and floor, fire extinguishers strategically located, and clear paths to exit doors. Outside doors are monitored with smart locks that you can control with a unique code during your stay. Stays of 30 days or longer include additional benefits including smart lock and garage door access via mobile apps and additional door access codes upon request.
