Bird House is located in the trees. Sitting on the expansive deck, our guests get a bird’s eye view to enjoy the woodland setting. Offering five bedrooms, two baths, and two living rooms, plus lots of games and books. Bird House is part of Aunt Karen’s Farm, a 160-acre campus providing both residency and educational programs for artists and environmentalists. Located midway between Cooperstown and Oneonta, Aunt Karen’s Farm provides a site for the cultivation of both earth and spirit.
