It has everything you need to have a pleasant stay; fiber optic wifi, equipped kitchen, air conditioning, hot water, among others. Parking is private and is inside the building. The space The place is cozy, comfortable, and bright with beautiful ocean views. It has a room with double bed, closet and a comfortable work table. It has a dining room, a living room with a single sofa bed, a bathroom equipped with towels, toiletries and hot water. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, blender, microwave, coffee maker, basic cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery and others. It has a panoramic window where you can delight the sunrise, sunset and the blue hues that this Caribbean Sea Island gives you. The apartment has drinking water, fiber optic Wi-Fi, TV Streaming, books, interior furniture and more. It has central air conditioning throughout the apartment and 500Lts water tank. It can accommodate 1 to 3 people. Guest access There are different spaces where you can enjoy and relax. In the external common areas of the apartment is the pool, green areas, children's playground and the beach. A few minutes away from gastronomic areas, area of interest and recreation, still life, shopping mall, pharmacies and supermarkets. The building is right on the beach Parking is private and free. Other things to note - Maximum capacity 3 people (including children). The additional person must be notified in advance and will have an additional cost of $15 per night - Check-in is between 1:00pm and 8:00 pm (1:00 pm to 8:00 pm), after 8:00pm (8:00 pm), has an additional cost of 20$, and has to be previously agreed. -If you want to arrive earlier (subject to availability) Early Check-in can be made between 9:00 am-13:00 (9am to 1pm), for an additional cost of $15. Previously agreed. - Check-out is at 11am, if you want to do a Late Check-out (subject to availability) and with a limit time 6:00pm (6:00 pm) the cost is 15$. Previously agreed. -The guest identification will be requested prior to arrival to allow entry into the building. -The apartment is fully functional, but electrical outages and faults can occur in the contracted services that harm us and are foreign to our will. We DO not have a power plant -The Water cycle is every 2-3 days that supplies the internal tank of the apartment. -Guests must comply with building and pool rules. Otherwise the reservation will be canceled, the money will not be refunded and there could be penalties. -The utensils and furnishings that are located inside the apartment are for exclusive use and should not be taken from the property. In case of misplacing or causing any damage to an object or in the apartment, you must replenish it or cover it with 100% of its value. - No smoking allowed in the apartment -We provide private vehicle service with driver, car rental, guided tours to places of tourist and gastronomic interest, airport transfers and more... -The large pool is temporarily out of order. Occasionally the small pool is operational. - Only small pets are welcome.
