Pisgah State Forest is located within a short drive, as well as Mount Monadnock, Outlaw Brewing Company and New England Sweetwater Farm and Distillery. The space This space has two stories, with the bedroom and bathroom on the second floor, conveniently located right in downtown Winchester, NH. We are nearby Pisgah State Forest, the Ashuelot Rail Trail, Mount Monadnock State Park and Mount Wantastiquet near Brattleboro. There is a convenience store next door and a park across the street, as well as a dog park within walking distance. We have tried to provide for all of your potential needs, but if there is anything missing, please let us know so we can make sure your time with us is pleasant and stress free. Because this loft is downtown, there will be traffic and other street noise that guests should be aware of! Pets Well behaved pets are welcome but should not to be left unattended in the space unless placed in a guest provided crate or something similar. Please cover our furniture with a guest provided blanket to prevent allergen/fur build up. There is a $25/stay fee for all pets. Damages including scratches, urine/feces, urine/feces odor, etc will be billed to the guest. Please be sure to clean up after your pet when walking outdoors. Guest access Access is via electronic lock. Please review the check in guidelines for information on how to access the unit. We will also reach out with these instructions after booking. Other things to note Parking There is street parking for the building, but there is no parking on site. During the winter months, there is an overnight street parking ban, but there is a conveniently located lot, across the street for our guests to use during this ban. More details provided with check-in instructions after booking. Steps/Stairs/Thresholds/Rugs This home has steps, stairs, thresholds and rugs. Please familiarize yourself with all of them and use caution during your stay so that you do not injure yourself. Cell Service/Internet Cell Service may be spotty in NewEngland, depending on your carrier and location. We have no issues here with Verizon and AT&T (T-Mobile is not good in Winchester but does work in Keene). It is best to download your welcome message before you come to the home. The internet is provided by Consolidated Communications is reliable except in severe weather conditions. Cleaning Fees Please understand that I believe in paying a living wage and fairly compensating my team. The team works hard to provide our guests with a clean and Covid-19 safe space to stay in. Expendables and Toiletries For stays longer than three nights, guests will be expected to supply their own toilet paper, tissues, soap, shampoo, coffee, spices etc. Items Left Behind Please remember to take all of your personal belongings including electronics with you upon checkout. We are not responsible for any items left behind under any circumstances and while we will use best efforts to get them back to you we offer no promises or guarantees. You will be charged the respective shipping fee for any items left behind in addition to $25 for our time in finding, packaging and shipping. Early/Late Check-In/Out We do our best to accommodate all requests for early check-in or late check-out. Please contact the host if you need a check-in/out time outside of the set window. If you are requesting a time more than 1 hour outside the window we may need to charge a $25 convenience fee.
