Rebuilt with the best possible materials, using traditional techniques and local craftsmen, this unique stone house offers you the very best of Greek village life. The house is located at the top of a hill overlooking the port of Skala and offers you majestic views of the ocean, the village and the traditional monastery of St. John. The house has easy access by car, but we recommend the swift walk through the picturesque streets of the traditional township of Kastelli The house is only 300 meters from the beach and about 6 minutes from the town Centre, but you are surrounded by 3000 square meters of traditional farmland with 100 year old pines and olive trees, making your stay quiet and rejuvenating. The house consists of two separate units, which may be rented together or separately. Both units have fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms, and secluded terraces. The top unit, The Old House, has a separate living room and two bedrooms sleeping 5 people. The lower unit, The Farm House, has a combined kitchen/living room and a bedroom with two beds. But since most of your summer living probably will be outdoors, we have made it easy to convert the living rooms to bedrooms so that The Old house may sleep 7 and The Farm House 4+ people.
