This home has recently been fully repainted inside & outside and styled with a gorgeous relaxed beach vibe. Think linen curtains, rattan, cane and shiplap cladding. You'll instantly relax in this space and the perfect place to create holiday memories. There are two lounge areas, one upstairs and one downstairs plus a separate media room, including spacious upstairs and downstairs deck areas. The perfect place to have a quiet drink, snooze or read a book. Downstairs deck includes a BBQ Take the tinny and try a spot of fishing or crabbing. (15hp so a QLD boat license is required) Louvre windows make it breezy and having a huge deck both upstairs and downstairs overlooking the sandy beach canal, is a great way to watch the family on the kayaks, swimming in the canal or playing on the canal beach. Stay includes use of bikes, kayaks and SUP. Tipplers cafe is a 5 min boat trip or a 15-20 min bike ride.
