The space Main floor of house has Master Bedroom w/King Size Bed, Full Kitchen with large center Island and stools, Dinette with large table, Living room with TV, 1 &1/2 bathrooms, TV Sitting Room w/pullout couch, washer & dryer closet, wood fireplace (No Firewood Supplied), mudroom, front deck with gas BBQ & Rear Deck w/ Hot tub. Kitchen has a Keurig coffee machine (Please bring your own Coffee Pods). NO PETS! NO PETS! means NO PETS! NO SMOKING means NO SMOKING! Second floor has two bedrooms, Full Bathroom, Loft with seating and TV, Foosball table, Play Station PS2 Outside back yard has a shared community fenced in full tennis court. NO SNOW MOBILES ALLOWED IN SUGAR MILL VILLAGE OR ON HOUSE PROPERTY! **Moo-ver Bus is free transportation to and from Mt.Snow The Number 7 bus is the one too and from Mt Snow and other Vermont locations. Going North to Mountain the pick up is in front of the Police Station on Rt 100 and Stugger Rd. next to Sports Oddyssey Ski & Board Rental store and the drop off coming South is across from the Police Station. This is a Vermont Home so when it snows access for parking sometimes may need a four wheel vehicle when going up driveway. Roads do get maintained as needed with plowing and salt. Unexpected snow storms may take longer for plowing and salting to get done. Other things to note No Snow Mobiles or Off Road Vehicles (ATV, UTV) are allowed on property or on Sugar Mill Village roads. All Garbage must be put in Brown Dumpster during or after your stay. Dumpster is at end of our road turn onto Blue Brook Rd an immediate right you will see Brown metal dumpster marked with a sign for Sugarmill Village. Dumpster can be opened from the top or side sliding door to put garbage in. Please do not leave any garbage around property or on deck we have a lot of wild life in the area including bears that will come and open garbage and make a mess with it.
