Off the kitchen is the back patio and large Kenmore Grill. ✔️ The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, spices, olive oil, and a wide selection of teas. ✔️We’ve included fresh coffee, a French Press and a 12-cup coffee maker. ✔️The living room includes 2 couches and a lazy boy recliner along with an ottoman to kick your feet up on and get comfortable while watching TV. Kids games and puzzles are in the living room as well. You will love relaxing in the living room while still being able to cook and stay connected with your group! ✨ SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS - 4 BEDROOMS ✨ On the main level, you'll find 3 bedrooms with Queen beds. ✔️ Each room has a closet with hangers and storage. ✔️ The back two bedrooms each have a large full-size dresser. One bedroom has a 43” TV as well. ✔️ Bedside table with lamp in each bedroom. ✔️ We provide black out blinds and/or black out curtains. The 4th bedroom is located in the finished basement and has TWO queen beds, a full-size dresser, and a closet for hanging things up. ✨ BATHROOMS - 2 FULL SIZE BATHROOMS ✨ In this home you have one bathroom on the main level with a tub/shower combination along with a sink vanity and toilet. In the basement bathroom you have a shower and toilet/sink. We provide extra toilet paper, towels, washcloths and shampoo/conditioner. House Rules: We have a strict policy of no pets, no parties, and no smoking of any kind. We have a 10-guest limit policy. Please note we do not currently allow hosting for non-registered guests. This includes family gatherings, reunions, dinner parties, etc. This is in a residential area, so we ask that you respect the neighbors' privacy in regard to these policies and noise and parking. Please do not block the neighbors' driveway. Other things to note Why do we think this location is so great? This is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Springfield for a good reason! It's centrally located - in the heart of Springfield's west side yet with only 3 entrances to the neighborhood it's quiet and peaceful. Very little traffic AND right off the bike trail! You can get to any part of Springfield quickly while enjoying the comforts of the suburbs.
