Our house is located in a unique part of South Haven. The house is located on a secluded, private tree lined road, less than a mile from the blue stairs (South Beach). Enjoy the beautiful sunsets on our private bluff area overlooking the lake! Parking for 4 cars is a bonus! We are happy to open up this space to dogs for 2024, please ensure to indicate that you are bringing a dog when booking. We have a limit to one dog per booking. The space Nestled just off Monroe Boulevard, on the storied south side of South Haven, lies "Hidden Oasis," a charming four-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage. A canopy of trees shades the drive leading to this secluded retreat. The property boasts a wooded lot, perfect for exploration and family gatherings around the fire pit. Unwind on any of the three decks and bask in the tranquil lake sounds. The cottage features a modern, open interior with a combined kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen is well-appointed with a large island that seats four, complemented by a spacious dining table seating eight. All living spaces, including the four bedrooms and two bathrooms, are conveniently located on the main floor. The master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. Both the second and third bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, ample dressers, and closets. The fourth bedroom, designed for children or as a "bunk room," features a custom-built twin-over-twin bunk bed and a full-sized bed. For breathtaking sunset views, stroll to the end of 3rd Street to the neighborhood association's viewing deck. A short 3-minute drive away via Monroe Boulevard you will discover Kids Corner Park and the iconic Blue Stairs, leading to the stunning shores of Lake Michigan. The Van Buren Trail, a broad paved path, offers a scenic route to Van Buren State Park or downtown South Haven. Please be aware that the house does not provide direct beach access. The areas adjacent to the viewing deck are restricted. Guest access You will access to the whole house. Small owners closet ,locked in bathroom. Other things to note **Bluff lookout** Please note that access to bluff is limited to seating area only. The perimeter on both right- and left-hand side is private property. Please respect our neighbors and do not venture off the deck area or attempt to scale down the bluff**
