charming country house with a kitchen Fireplace and charming little bread oven still in working order, that it goes all the way back to 1800. the way it use to be. whole floor with two bedrooms, big bathroom, living room and kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer. located right on route 10, walking distance to downtown Southington. with AMAZON FIRE TV with all the shows and movies, and over air reception of local area TV broadcast and shows. The space huge space more than 950 square foot. large roomy rooms big kitchen and bath room, lots of windows, nice yard. Guest access my guest have total access to entire house and they are in 100% control, of their space. Other things to note there are no other issue that got impact on my guests.
