Come experience this unique and historic property near the shores of Flathead Lake in Polson, Montana. The church was constructed in 1950 and went through a full renovation in 2020. The space B A S E C A M P church is located 2 blocks from the waterfront of famous Flathead Lake and centrally located in Polson. Adjacent to several public beach access and boat launches (approximately 1-5 minutes away from the church), the Polson Bay Golf Course and the quaint Main Street in downtown Polson, Montana. Come experience this one of a kind, old world church with all the modern amenities. Walk through the double doors in to the foyer with the steeple above (not currently accessible). This opens up to the main living area with tall ceilings, an electric fireplace, and a flat screen TV where you can live stream your favorite shows or enjoy the Sonos surround sound system. The fully renovated kitchen provides the perfect space for entertaining and cooking. There are Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, double wall ovens and a six burner gas cooktop as well as a large kitchen sink (with disposal), a prep sink (with disposal), a fully stocked kitchen and ample room for storage. The kitchen island is a feature of the home and can comfortably seat six. The three pendants above the island are historic to the church and classically repurposed. The dining room is perfect for large groups and can comfortably seat ten. Also located on the main floor are three bedrooms with generous closet space, two full baths, a laundry area, and a small office area. Bedroom One - Master bedroom suite with a king bed, walk in closet, linen closet, reading chair and armoire. Attached is a 5-piece master bath with clawfoot tub, and walk in shower with rain head. Everything you need to provide a comfortable, luxury experience after a full day of adventure in the Flathead Valley. Bedroom Two - queen size bed, closet and side chair and adjacent bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedroom Three/Laundry Room - queen size bed, closet and Maytag washer and dryer On the second floor there is an open loft space that serves as a second living room. A-frame type ceiling with plenty of head room with the peak at 9’ in height. You access this area by wide, standard stairs with a handrail (see photos). In this area you can sleep 3-5 people in this space with three twin size beds, oversized sofa, chair with ottoman, floor reading area, and flat screen TV. This is labeled as Bedroom 4 in the photos. To make travel easy for you, we can provide a pack-n-play, high chair and baby walker upon request. The church is located in an up-and-coming neighborhood, close to parks, Polson Bay Golf Course, public water access, stores, restaurants, local breweries, local coffee houses, bars and an hour and twenty minute drive to Glacier National Park and/or Whitefish Mountain Resort. We have three security camera Ring Doorbells for your security and safety and also the safety of our home. One is located at the Front Porch Door, one at the Back Porch Door and One on the side yard. They will be on during your stay. There are no devices anywhere inside the home. Guest access Guests have full access to entire property with (2) private onsite parking spaces in the back and also street parking access. Please only park on the street in front of the property. Offers a full line of espresso and designer drinks along with breakfast and lunch items. Starbucks 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Spirits & Beer: Perfect Shot Tavern 6 minute drive or 2 minute drive. Falling Waters in Kwataqnuk Resort 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Lake views, cocktails and food. Things To Do: Waterfront & Swimming 7 min walk 2 minute drive to Riverside Park and Boettcher Park which allows water access to Flathead Lake. Skiing Whitefish Mountain Resort 1 hour and 20 minute drive. Whitefish Mountain has over 3,000 acres of terrain and 14 chairlifts. In the summer you can find several activities such as mountain biking, zip lines, hiking, alpine sides and mountain tours. Boat & Jet Ski Rental Flathead Boat Rentals Pontoon boats, wake surf boats and jet ski daily rentals Glacier National Park Glacier National Park is a 1,583-sq.-miles or wilderness in Montana's Rocky Mountains, with glacier-carved peaks and valleys running to the Canadian border. There are 700 miles of hiking trails and activities include backpacking, cycling and camping. Diverse wildlife ranges from mountain goats to grizzly bears. Please note all the following house rules: The house is in a residential neighborhood so please be mindful of noise and light pollution to other neighbors. No parties/events are allowed on the property unless previously agreed to in the booking process to maintain this neighborhood feel. The maximum occupancy of this home at any given time is 12 people. Quiet hours of the home are between 11pm and 7am. Loud noises/music is prohibited on the property during this time. Pets are NOT allowed on the property at any time, for any reason. No smoking. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property inside or outside including the exterior patio area. If there is a need to smoke then this must be done outside the property boundaries. If we find there has been smoking on the property then your security deposit will be forfeited. No person may engage in any noxious, offensive or illegal activity at the property, and no person may do anything that might become a unreasonable annoyance or nuisance.
