Seaview Cottage is a lovingly restored, quintessential seasonal cottage.. Set atop a hill with sweeping views of Casco Bay, the cottage is just a set of stairs away from one of the loveliest beaches on Peaks Island .The cottage comfortably sleeps 3-4, and has a dormered second floor with two bedrooms. No parties or large gatherings! *NO golf cart charging station is available Our views are amazing, and as we are on a hill, there is an access path to the cottage. Please consider when booking. The space The cottage sits in the middle of a small row of cottages, with a quiet backyard, and a view of Casco Bay from the front rooms. There are three bedrooms- one master downstairs, and two upstairs. The kitchen opens out to a patio and backyard garden. NOTE; There is a set of stairs (with railing), and then an inclined public right of way path of grass and stone leading to the cottage. Please be aware when considering booking with us. Our cottage is right next door should you have any questions, or need extra assistance. Guest access Our cottage is at the quiet northeast tip of the island. Parking is on Island Avenue. ( Please don’t park in front of the mailboxes!). Once parked, a set of stairs and a small path leads you to the cottage. Evergreen Beach is steps away from the cottage, and although marked “Private”, it is accessible and available to all our guests. Other things to note * Not suitable for children under 5.*
