It has 3 floors; The first floor: Entrance, Game room, 1 Bedroom with 2 Queen beds, and a full bathroom The second floor: Kitchen, Livingroom, Bedroom with 1 Queen bed, and a full bathroom The third floor: 1 Bedroom with 2 Queen beds and a full bathroom The house will be accessible via a lock-key code I will provide you with upon booking. Please note the front and back deck are painted in black. -Hot Tub can be used all year -There is a $150 pet fee, 2 pets max. -There will be $50 charge per person PER NIGHT after the first 5 guests for the reservation. -No Day Guests. Only guests who are registered in advance are allowed on premises. -Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. -The pool is private, located in the backyard connected to the deck.
