It is located on the 4th floor with an elevator near key attractions in Nice, such as the Winter Palace. The studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfortable sofa bed, a buffet, an HDMI TV with a USB port, and a dining area for four. In the 9m² mezzanine (ceiling height approximately 1.40m), you will find a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm, adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials for your convenience, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please note the following details: Parking is communal (no assigned spaces), and street parking is available on the adjacent street. However, finding a spot in the evenings may be challenging, especially during the summer. The area operates as a blue zone parking upon entering the city. Important: Exercise caution regarding noise disturbances, as the residence is old, and the condominium has strict rules (no parties or events in the apartment). The shower is narrow (70x70) with a step for entry (please be mindful of Persons with Reduced Mobility and individuals with larger builds).
