At the lake, but not on the lake. 45 minutes from Auburn University, you can enjoy game day and make a weekend of it. No matter who you cheer for, you are welcome to enjoy our vacation home. 3 bedroom 2 bath. This is a fully furnished house, including kitchen essentials. You will need to bring your own cooking supplies, spices, and condiments. The space Updated living room, TV with Roku stick and DVD player (there are lots of DVD's on site). 3 bedrooms with new linens and comforters as of 5/20/2022. Towels and washcloths, enough for 6 adults. Living Room, Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom both have new Roku TVs. Guest access enough parking for 2 cars in the yard. Other things to note The HOA doesn’t allow us to store trailers, boats or commercial vehicles on site. STATE OF ALABAMA AND TALLAPOOSA COUNTY HAVE PASSED A LODGING TAX OF 10%. IT WILL BE ADDED AT CHECKOUT.
