There is also a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps up to two people so the house can accommodate up to eight people in total. The house is situated in a pedestrianised area and surrounded by communal gardens, just in front of the terrace / at the entrance of the house, which is perfect for young children. There is a lot of greenery with 2 spectacular pools for adults and children open from May until October with a lifeguard. During the rest of the year, you can access one of the pools and a paddle court. Sports center 2 minutes away. Shopping center 10 minutes away. There is a market every Thursday which is only 5 minutes away. There is also an area where paragliders can take off in the neighbourhood which has very pleasant views of the Santa Pola marina. If you like air sports, you can enjoy a two-seater paragliding flight. The lighthouse on the coast is only a 10 minute stroll with lovely views too. There are several restaurants of different nationalities and bars on your doorstep. The airport is approximately 15 minutes away and there is a bus stop that can take you to Alicante and the beach area.
