The lower level of our house (technically the basement) is designed to be an apartment, offering 1400 sq. ft. of relaxing and spacious fun. This is a great space and value for up to six people. The space is closed off from the rest of the house with total privacy. We’re located in a quiet neighborhood in the Highlands and conveniently located to a diverse set of restaurants, highways and grocery. The space is designed for up to six guests. Guest access Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Patio available in back yard. Gas grill available. Parking available on the street on the side of house. Other things to note No smoking or vaping allowed anywhere in the space. No all night parties involving loud music, drinking, drugs, etc. No extra visitors without prior permission with AirBnB hosts. If we detect someone has been smoking/vaping inside the space, a $200 fine will be imposed on the guest. Guests are welcome to smoke on the patio.
