The space La Rosa dei Venti is a beautiful property located near Donnalucata, a quaint fishing village famous for its long golden sandy beaches. The villa is in a prime position, with direct access to the sea and the beach, which are reachable by stepping through the terrace gate and a short wooden walkway. The villa is also within easy walking distance of some equipped beaches. La Rosa dei Venti consists of five cozy double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a spacious living area with kitchen, sitting room and a guest bathroom, it can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for large families or small groups of friends. The villa is tastefully furnished, provided with air conditioning, internet wi-fi, washing machine and dishwasher. The outdoor area, apart from the beautiful seafront terrace, has a second veranda and a BBQ area at the back of the house.
