It is centrally located in the Democracia area, close to all types of transportation, including the bus stations that transport to Guatemala city and any other cities. It is close to restaurants, internet cafes, modern supermarkets, farmers markets, language schools. The home is a few minutes walk from the historical downtown area and the Santa Maria and Santiaguito volcanoes. The neighborhood is very safe!! Our experienced housekeeper will welcome and guide you with anything you might need including finding you a reliable taxi driver, where to go grocery shopping and where to find a meal nearby. She will also respect your privacy. If you have never been to Guatemala, this is the perfect base to explore Guatemala’s beauty.
