The house itself is 2,000 square feet. We have a gated driveway, one car garage, washer / dryer and full kitchen. As mentioned before, all the three bathrooms have en suite bathrooms, very large closets, and the primary bedroom has a balcony overlooking the canals. The house also offers front and back gated outdoor areas. In the front of the house, half of this space is set up for an outdoor dining area, and the other half is artificial grass perfect for private yoga, sunbathing or a built in entertainment center for the young ones in the family! In the back of a house, we have a lounge seating area with a fire pit. The bathrooms, though somewhat dated in tile and decor, have been re-plumbed for user-friendly access.
