The space This is a dog friendly condo with a firm limit to two dogs permitted per the condominium association guidelines. Bright sunny windows with views of the lovely Maxwelton Braes golf course, easy access right off Highway 57 in Baileys Harbor. Two furnished cover decks -- both with seating, a vaulted ceiling over the great room, floor to ceiling stone wood burning fireplace. The dining area also enjoys a wall of windows and there is a convenient galley kitchen filled with expansive cabinetry, counter space and great new appliances. There is a separate half bathroom and separate laundry room with washer and dryer on the main floor. The master bedroom with king sized bed includes large windows and access to one of the covered decks, has a private master bathroom and huge walk in closet. The second bedroom is light and airy with a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has comfortable sofa bed and den feel, with door leading to covered deck. There is an attached two car garage with remote garage door opener. Hopefully this finds you and your families well, happy and safe. Between guests we will continue to use sanitizing cleaners on all surfaces, including bathroom and kitchen fixtures and all appliances. We will have all dishware cleaned prior to your use and will leave plenty of dishwashing and dishwasher detergents for you to reclean if that is what you desire to do. We will leave starter supplies of toilet paper and paper toweling for you. All linens (in the closets and shelving areas) will be freshly laundered and, of course, all linens and towels will be fresh and ready for your use. Please be assured that we have proper licensing through the Door County Health Department. We have decided not to continue supplying small hand soaps, small bottles of shampoo and conditioner for your use. In our efforts to provide a green friendly and virus safe environment for you, we have discontinued them – but will leave bulk sized bottles for your use of hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. We will wash those bottles prior to your arrival. We will leave extra cleaning supplies and sprays under kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the condo and attached two car garage/with remote control for your use. Other things to note We do allow pets -- and would welcome up to two dogs. Condo association guidelines do not allow more than two dogs. We do provide you with some basic guidelines for having your dogs stay with you -- like not leaving them unattended for long periods. Winter lingers in this part of Wisconsin. We generally have our deck furniture covered/stored from November 1 through April 30. The propane gas grill is kept in the garage and we will leave that for you there -- in case the snow and cold aren't too bad and you are anxious to grill!
