Old Fort Loft is a contemporary three story apartment in the heart of downtown Fort Smith. Just blocks away from the Arkansas River, the new U.S. Marshals Museum, Fort Smith museum, National Cemetery, Convention Center, and the Amphitheater. The space Our space is three stories. On the first floor you will find a long garage big enough for two cars. You will have full use of the garage during your stay. We have a 14-50 outlet, just right to charge your electric vehicle. The second floor has our living room, dining area, half bath, and full kitchen with island counter. Outside of the living area is a spacious porch with patio furniture. The third floor is where we keep the two bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a spacious closet. The laundry room is also located on the 3rd floor. You will have access to the full sized washer/dryer. Guest access The whole space is yours! We do keep some supplies locked in one of the closets. Other things to note The only access to the second and third floors are via stairs. Do not book this if you cannot navigate lots of steps. We are located three blocks from the Arkansas River and adjacent railroad tracks. There is normal downtown traffic with truck noise. You may hear boat or train horns as well during your stay. We have an outdoor security camera in use.
