All the bedrooms are equipped with super cosy high end memory foam mattresses & ample sheets( all provided). A total of 6 bedrooms - 4 Upstairs & 2 bedroom downstairs provide ample privacy for large groups ! The lower kitchen has a brand new Foosball table along with a convertible dining table & a 55 inch Smart TV. OutDoors feature a classic FirePit area , a pergola covered Hot tub/gathering . Please inquire about the Hot Tub Fee as we do not include it in the nightly price . Guest access Entire House - both the levels & plenty of backyard & deck space ! Classic fire pit with a cooking attachment & a Gas grill. There is a large backyard for guests to access as well ! A new Outdoor Hot tub has been added which is available for all guests at a Nominal one time fee. Please inquire about the fee !
