Custom Built Sky High Ranch Cabin! This cabin is located in the quiet neighborhood of Sky High Ranch, five miles west of Bear Valley. The cabin sits high on its lot making it very private. Bright and open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace, wood interiors and flooring throughout. Many sunlit windows with views of the forest. This cabin is well appointed, including a spacious, stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a gas range. The space The main level offers two bedrooms both have Queen sized beds. On the upper level there are twin sized bunk beds in the loft and a King sized bed in the huge master bedroom. Sauna in the basement and a Hot Tub just off the French Doors in the main living area. Large mudroom for all your ski gear. Excellent deck to entertain on with. ** This cabin is accessible year round, but access is limited in winter to 4WD / AWD vehicles with clearance.  The snow levels vary in the winter months but Hot Tub is always useable on the deck.   Amenities No Pets Allowed Non-smoking Dedicated Wi-Fi Flat Screen TV with Dish DVD player –  Fully equipped kitchen Starter Items are provided of the following: Paper towels, dish towels, dish soap, sponge and trash bags  All beds are made and ready with the exception of top bunks (clean linens are set on the beds) Eco friendly starter shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps are provided Gorgeous stone fireplace - Firewood Provided BBQ (summers only/Propane is available ) Large wrap around deck with patio furniture (summers only) During the Winter Season - Snow levels may vary - the driveway may not be accessible and you may have to park in the overflow parking - the road is plowed up to the cabin but you would need 4 wheel drive access to get up and down the road Guest access Guests will have full access to the home for the duration of their stay.
