This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Its location allows you to offer many beautiful activities and landscapes. You will have the chance to discover the different lakes of the region (Chalain, Saint-Point), the many waterfalls and springs (Cascade du Hérisson, source of the Ain) and superb views (Eagle Peak, Mont d 'Or). Not to mention the proximity of ski areas and various activities, tree climbing, hiking, mountain biking... The space The chalet has an area of 55 m² spread over two floors and a garage on a fully private 1100 m² plot. It is also close to a children's play area. On the ground floor: - Living room with a double sofa bed - Bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a large wardrobe - Bathroom with a shower cubicle, sink, toilet - Kitchen with microwave, kettle, coffee maker and oven. Upstairs: - A mezzanine fitted out as a cocooning area and reading corner with a single bed 90x190 cm and a dresser - A second bedroom with two beds 90x190 cm and a large dresser. Facilities : Wifi, connected TV, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline. Miscellaneous: Bed linen and bathroom linen provided. State of the entry and exit locations. Guest access You will arrive in front of the chalet where you will find a large space on the grounds where you can park several vehicles. Other things to note No weekend bookings during school holidays. Since each additional guest was not scheduled prior to check-in, will result in an additional charge of €10/night/guest to be paid prior to departure.
